What is stored on your device

It contains no identifier, is never sent to our servers, and is not readable by any other site. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations this is storage that is strictly necessary to provide a feature you asked for by using the theme switch, so it does not require consent — but it is listed here because you are entitled to know what is on your device.
To remove it, clear site data for this domain in your browser settings. The site will simply follow your operating system's light or dark setting again.
Analytics
We use Plausible, which is cookieless. It records that a page was viewed, roughly where in the world from, and which site linked here. It does not set a cookie, does not store anything on your device, does not build a profile, and cannot follow you to any other website.
There is no Google Analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, and no tag manager.
If that changes
If we ever add something that does store data on your device for analytics or advertising, a consent banner becomes a legal requirement and we will add one — asking before that code loads, not after. This page would be updated first.
Third-party embeds
Pages that embed video or other third-party content can set cookies from those providers when you interact with them. Where this happens it is noted on the page itself. At the time of writing, no page on this site does.
